No. The screen connects over its own cellular modem, so no connection in the building is needed.

Through a portal in your browser. You change notices, house rules and dates, and the change appears on the screen seconds later.

A notice is text in Markdown or HTML, with headings, text and embedded images. You can add attachments to it, such as the house rules as a PDF, shown below as a tap-to-open link. On their own you can also use a single image, a multi-page PDF where the pages flip, or a short video.

Yes. A slim strip of tiles runs above the building info. You choose in the portal which of them appear and in what order: the clock with the date, the local weather and the next public-transit departures within walking distance. Tapping a tile shows more, such as the hourly forecast or the full departure board. Which stops count follows from the device's location and can be adjusted per building.

German and English today. You store a notice per language and the resident switches at the screen. More languages are possible, just ask us.

Yes. You store logo and colours per building and the screen picks them up for the building info. What stands in the stairwell is your identity, not a foreign device.

Yes. Quartiero replaces the notice board in the stairwell with a touch screen. Whatever used to hang there as paper behind glass, from notices and house rules to waste and laundry schedules, you maintain in the portal and it appears in the building seconds later. Other names for the same thing are digital info board, info screen or digital signage for apartment buildings.

Apartment buildings with a shared entrance everyone passes daily. From around eight flats the effort for paper notices becomes noticeable, and a property manager with several buildings maintains them all in the same portal without driving to each one.

As soon as power is back, the device starts on its own and keeps playing, with no one having to come by.

Yes. All buildings run in one portal, each with its own content.

Yes. The portal shows per building how often someone passed the screen, how often it was tapped and how often someone took something away by QR code. These are plain counts with no link to a person.

No. Presence is counted anonymously by a sensor, with no camera at all.

No. Nobody signs in, and the count only records anonymously whether someone passes by and whether a tap happened. That is revDSG-compliant, with no personal reference.

The price depends on the screen size and the model you choose, purchase or all-in package. Every amount is on the pricing page and is the same for everyone.

No, there is no commitment and no minimum term. You cancel to the end of the month, and the monthly billing stops after that.

In the all-in package the device stays our property and we carry maintenance and replacement. If an unknown third party damages or removes it, we replace it once you report the incident to the police and send us a copy of the report. With a purchase, the statutory warranty and the manufacturer's guarantee apply. The details are in the terms.

You cancel to the end of the month, there is no minimum term. A screen you bought stays yours, only the monthly licence ends and the content stops running. A device from the all-round package belongs to Quartiero and goes back: you start the return in the portal under "Devices", and we get in touch about shipping and a date.
