Quartiero brings notices, house rules and useful everyday services to a touch screen in the stairwell. The property management steers the content through a portal, and residents see it where they pass by every day anyway.

The notice board in the stairwell is often outdated, papered over and hard to keep current. Quartiero replaces it with a screen you can update in minutes, one that becomes a tool through touch instead of only showing information.

The device arrives by post
You mount it in the stairwell, yourself or with a handyman you trust, and connect power. Internet is already built into the device.

Self-enrolment
Activate the device with a one-time code from the portal, no technical knowledge needed.

Manage the content
You add notices, house rules and services in the portal. A change shows on the screen right away.
For the property management
You steer what appears in the building and update it anytime through the management portal.

Plug it in, activate it with the one-time code from the portal, done. A caretaker gets it running without IT skills.

Residents tap through the content. That turns the screen into a tool and raises daily use.
Purchase or rent
You choose to buy or rent the device. In the rental model the device stays our property, and we handle maintenance and replacement.

Book the laundry room
See free time slots and book them right at the screen, which takes the daily conflict out of the laundry room. A planned service that needs the laundry room to be connected.
Parking at a glance
Post free visitor or shared parking spots and the screen shows the current status. Also in preparation, once the needed integration is in place.
More services follow over time, guided by what the building actually needs.
Swiss data protection
Counting is anonymous only, whether a movement happened and whether someone tapped, with no link to a person. There is no camera and no resident login, and the data stays on Swiss servers.
